Tom Case

Tom Case is a Distinguished Technologist and Regenerative Leader with over 25 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Security. Currently serving as Vice President of Network Security & IP Services at Mastercard, Tom has previously held leadership roles at Lava Trading, Marsh McLennan, and UBS, where they consistently built high-performance organizations. A passionate advocate for regenerative leadership and DE&I, Tom has led various transformational initiatives and serves as the Board President Emeritus of Two Coyotes Wilderness School. Tom is also the founder of the Good Ancestor Initiative, dedicated to fostering transformative, Earth-inspired communities. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree at Syracuse University.
