Tracy Chen

Tracy Chen is a seasoned professional in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Regional Director at Mastercard since July 2022, where responsibilities include achieving business objectives for debit and credit cards across the Asia Pacific region and leading innovative product strategies. Previously, as Head of Regional Products at UnionPay International, Tracy developed strategies that promoted financial inclusion in Southeast Asia and fostered partnerships with key financial entities. Experience also includes a tenure at JCB International, where Tracy focused on increasing market share and brand presence, along with roles at Bank of China and United Overseas Bank, where marketing campaigns and product enhancements were central achievements. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the National University of Singapore.
