Victoria Ledda is the CIO of Retail and Wealth Banking at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. They have previously held senior engineering roles at Goldman Sachs, including Vice President of Investment Research & Markets and Managing Director of Core Engineering. With a background as a Software Engineer at Intel Corporation, Victoria has consistently focused on delivering high-performing engineering cultures and modernizing banking systems. They are currently an Executive Board Member at CommSec and serve on the Mastercard Advisory Board, driving GenAI strategy and focused on creating empowering environments for technologists.
