Vikas Anand

Vikas Anand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT service management. Currently serving as a Manager in SOC Incident Response at Mastercard since April 2020, Vikas has a strong background in developing cyber security operations functions and policies, particularly in Identity Access Management, Security Information and Event Management, and Data Rights Management. Previously, Vikas held the position of Program Manager at Saudi Business Machines, focusing on customer requirements and managing technical proposals for security operations projects. Vikas's earlier roles include Service Assurance Specialist at IBM, where expertise in performance management systems was developed, and Consultant at Capgemini, where significant contributions were made in fault management systems for telecommunications. Vikas began a career as a Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra, engaging in integration projects for telecom service providers. Vikas holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University and has a solid educational background from Patna University and Don Bosco Academy.
