Will Judge

Will Judge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global partnerships at Mastercard, where they currently serve as Vice President, leading initiatives in the Smart Cities group focused on new mobility. Previously, they held various roles including Associate at McKinsey & Company, where they supported clients in the payment and transport sectors, and Head of Future Ticketing at Transport for London, where they developed the strategy for the Oyster smartcard system. Will's earlier career included serving as a Lieutenant and Captain in the British Army, commanding soldiers in various international operations, and working as a Six Sigma Black Belt at GE Power Systems. They began their career in the Civil Service Fast Stream at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, contributing to the EU's security and defense policy. Will earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southampton.
