Adriana U. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Adriana began their career at The English Theatre of Rome in 2015 as a Co-Director, working with actors and actresses on performances. Adriana then worked at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, first as a Student Activities Office Worker, where they managed bills and provided assistance, and later as an Event Staff member, responsible for planning and executing campus events.

In 2017, Adriana joined Yelp Eat24 as a Trainee Sales employee, utilizing their knowledge of the restaurant industry to assess client compatibility. Adriana also created scripts in Spanish to improve client experience. Adriana quickly achieved the first close in their hiring class and became commission eligible within two months.

Adriana's next role was at Yelp as an Account Executive, where they achieved monthly goals and received an award for their hard work. Adriana consulted clients in different industries on ad programs, showcasing the value of Yelp and organizing strategic calls by territory and industry.

Following this, Adriana became an Associate Restaurant Success Manager at Yelp, providing support and consultation to new clients on Yelp solutions. Adriana also identified opportunities to strengthen partnerships with multilingual clients.

Most recently, Adriana joined MasterClass in 2020 as a Team Lead-Process Development. Their responsibilities include filling gaps in processes, auditing, and leading cross-functional work with engineering teams.

Throughout their career, Adriana has consistently demonstrated professional growth and a strong work ethic in their roles.

Adriana U. attended Hobart and William Smith Colleges from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Adriana majored in Individual Theatre and also took up a second major in Media and Society.
