MasterCom Holding UK Ltd (“MasterCom UK”) was established in the United Kingdom as part of the expansion of MasterCom Group Holding, founded by Mr. Ashraf Mohamed Ali. Operating independently, we focus on the procurement and sale of key commodities through our U.S. subsidiaries, MasterCom UK LLC (Florida and Wyoming), with a trading portfolio spanning food products, agricultural goods, and non-ferrous metals.

With more than 25 years of global trading heritage, we distinguish ourselves by staying aligned with evolving market trends, maintaining strong customer relationships, and building on long-standing contracts and partnerships. Our operations prioritize high-quality products, reliable supply chains, and responsible sourcing, from miners and producers through to end-users worldwide.

In September 2025, we expanded further by establishing a presence in Zambia, marking the next phase of our growth with the development of a new mining and warehouse facility.
