Hideo Minami

Hideo Minami has extensive work experience in the field of IT solutions and services, specifically in the areas of healthcare and life sciences. Hideo has held various senior director and manager roles throughout their career.

Starting in 1986, Minami worked as an IT Sales Representative at Fujitsu Global for 12 years. Hideo then transitioned to become a Life Science IT Sales Representative in 1998 and continued to progress in this field, eventually becoming a Life Science IT Sales Manager in 2004.

In 2008, Minami moved into a Director role as a Life Science IT Sales Director at Fujitsu Global, responsible for developing and selling IT solutions and services for the life science industry. Hideo held this position until 2010, when they became the Life Science IT Director of the strategic planning division, focusing on IT solutions planning and development for healthcare and life science collaboration.

From 2016 to 2018, Minami served as the Life Science IT Sales Director at Fujitsu Global, again focusing on IT solutions and services for the life science sector.

In 2018, Minami joined Medidata Solutions as a Director, where they led the Japan Presales division and later became a Senior Account Manager until 2020.

In 2020, they moved to Agatha Inc. and held various roles, including Senior Director, Head of Japan Sales, Solution Strategy and then Senior Director, Business Strategy for the Life Science Division. Hideo stayed with Agatha Inc. until 2022.

Minami currently holds the position of Senior Director of Business Development at MasterControl since June 2022.

Hideo Minami attended Doshisha University from 1982 to 1986, where they studied Literature with a focus on Journalism.
