Kaleb Tracy

Kaleb Tracy has had a diverse range of work experience in the field of design and user experience. Kaleb has held various roles at different companies, including MasterControl, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Oneupweb, and Brigham Young University.

At MasterControl, Kaleb currently serves as the VP of Product, a role they started in September 2022. Prior to this, they were the Sr. Director of User Experience from March 2020 to October 2022.

During their time at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Kaleb held several positions. Kaleb was the Director of User Experience from July 2014 to March 2020, where they led and mentored a team of over 30 user experience professionals. Before that, they were the Sr. Product Manager from April 2011 to July 2014, where they collaborated closely with senior executive leadership and led multiple product teams in research and development. From November 2008 to April 2011, Kaleb served as the Manager of User Experience, leading a team of UX designers and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of their work. Finally, from January 2007 to November 2008, they were the Sr. Interaction Designer, leading various design projects.

At Oneupweb, Kaleb was the Creative Lead from 2005 to 2007. Kaleb provided creative direction and design leadership, leading a team in developing online experiences for clients.

In addition to their professional roles, Kaleb also worked as a Freelance Designer from 2002 to 2005, collaborating with agencies and internal teams on web design and development projects. Kaleb also provided front-end development services.

Before entering the professional world, Kaleb worked at Brigham Young University as an Instructional Designer from 2000 to 2002. During this time, they helped pioneer technology-assisted language learning and worked in an agile environment.

Kaleb Tracy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Arts from Brigham Young University in 2002.
