Zachary Nielsen

Zachary Nielsen has extensive experience in data engineering and technical account management, most notably at MasterControl from November 2015 to October 2021, where responsibilities included building partnerships with large tier customers and ensuring customer success during onboarding. Prior to this, Zachary worked at ADP AdvancedMD from July 2007 to January 2015 as an Implementation Manager, overseeing an enrollment team and managing client accounts with significant revenue. Additional experience includes a Technical Support Manager role at ADP, leading a support team at Henry Schein - Dentrix, and a customer service role at Modus Media International. Zachary holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in Applied Science from Utah Valley University.
