Charlene Hampton

Charlene Hampton, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at MasterCraft Boat Company, a role held since February 2011, where responsibilities include managing HR activities for a workforce of over 400 and providing guidance on employee relations and performance management. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Manager at Pfizer, supporting the establishment of the Wyeth Knoxville Distribution Center and overseeing HR functions for multiple distribution sites, and as a Human Resources Specialist at Carlex Glass Company, where Charlene facilitated the start-up of a joint venture with Ford Motor Company. Charlene holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Tusculum University.
