Erik Christiansen

Erik Christiansen is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in the marine and mechanical industries. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at MasterCraft Boat Company since May 2024, Erik has held prominent leadership roles, including President at Cigarette Racing Team, LLC from April 2019 to May 2024 and COO at CMS Mechanical Services from April 2018 to April 2019. Erik's career at Mercury Marine spanned over two decades, where responsibilities included General Manager of Mercury Racing and various engineering management positions. Erik began a professional journey as a Product Engineer at Tecumseh Products Company from 1993 to 1997. Educational credentials include an MBA in General Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering.
