Philip Barker

Philip Barker has over 25 years of experience in management and continuous improvement within the manufacturing and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Master Halco since 1998, Philip focuses on gate manufacturing, fabrication, and branch support, also contributing as a designer. Prior to this role, Philip managed multiple retail locations for Wolfe Nursery from 1990 to 1997, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and training forklift operators in the Houston area. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and an Associate’s Degree from Del Mar College. Additionally, Philip holds certifications as an AWS Certified Welding Supervisor and is in the process of obtaining AWS Certified Welding Inspector credentials from the Hobart Institute of Welding Technology.
