Larry Blue

Larry Blue has extensive experience in technical sales support and project management within the precious metal recovery industry, currently serving at Mastermelt Group of Companies since April 2013. Prior roles include Plant Manager at Mastermelt America LLC, where responsibilities encompassed customer service, material evaluation, and oversight of various quality and environmental standards, including ISO certifications and Lean Six Sigma training. Previous experience at AVX involved managing a Precious Metal program and EH&S initiatives across multiple international locations. Additionally, Larry led engineering services at Roehlen Industries, focusing on process improvements and environmental health and safety management. Larry holds a Bachelor's of Science in Environmental Studies from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
