Tiana Gering, aPHR, has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to 2021. Tiana began their career as a District Constituent Outreach Specialist (Intern) at State Representative David Millard's Office in 2012. Tiana then worked as a Marketing and Advertising Coordinator at Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they became a Territory Manager at US Foods. From 2016 to 2020, they held various positions at Camelback Resort, including Corporate Sales Manager, Wedding Specialist/Catering Sales Manager, and Event Coordinator. In 2020, they worked as an Event Manager at Mountain View Vineyard, Winery Brewery & Distillery. Currently, they are an Account Executive and Account Coordinator at Masterminds.

Tiana Gering has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication Studies from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they attended Northampton Community College in 2008-2009 for General Studies. Between 2005 and 2008, they obtained a Cosmetology License from Monroe Career & Technical Institute and attended Pocono Mountain East High School.
