Leslie Triana

Leslie Triana has extensive experience in nursing and community service, currently serving as a Member at Impact San Antonio since May 2021 and as a Community Manager at Empowerly since February 2017. Leslie is also a long-term member of the Leadership Advisory Council and Board of Directors for the San Antonio Lighthouse for the Blind, which has supported individuals with visual impairments for over 78 years. Engagement in community leadership is further demonstrated through active membership in the Masters Leadership Program of Greater San Antonio since 2014 and participation in Class XI, focusing on local issues and community service. Prior experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for the SA Cancer Council until December 2019, advocating for cancer support and research. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. Leslie’s early nursing career included roles as Head Nurse in an AIDS Clinical Trial Unit and Staff Nurse in a Medical Intensive Care Unit at Tulane Medical Center.
