Elias H. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Elias is currently the Director of Operations at Masters of Mindset, a position they assumed in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Business Operations Manager at the same company from October 2022 to May 2023.

Before joining Masters of Mindset, Elias worked at Honeywell where they held multiple positions. Elias served as the Global PMO leader - EP from October 2021 to September 2022, and as the NPI Project Manager - EP from February 2021 to October 2021.

Elias also worked at Expleo Group as a Lead Programme Engineer in Electrical and Electronic system engineering from October 2018 to February 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Programme Engineer in the same field for Ford Motor Company from April 2018 to October 2018.

Additionally, Elias worked as a Programme Engineer / Change management at RLE INTERNATIONAL Group from October 2017 to April 2018, and as a Project Manager for Hybrid Product Development at Controlled Power Technologies Ltd. from May 2017 to October 2017.

Earlier in their career, Elias worked at RLE INTERNATIONAL Group as a Lead prototype engine build planner - Programme Management from January 2015 to May 2017. Elias also gained experience at Jaguar Land Rover, where they worked as a Lead Engineer in Body Engineering from August 2014 to January 2015, and as a Project Engineer from November 2013 to August 2014.

Elias H. attended the University of Hertfordshire from 2010 to 2013, where they pursued a degree in Motorsport Engineering & Management. Their field of study revolved around Engineering.
