Andy Schneider

Andrew Schneider is an experienced finance and operations professional currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Associate Head of School - Finance and Operations at The Masters School since July 2022. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer and Director of Operations at The Peck School, and finance transformation consultant at PwC. Andrew also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Sparks Consulting, LLC, and worked as a recruiting coordinator and assistant rowing coach at Lehigh University. Early career experience includes teaching English and serving as Assistant Director of Admissions and rowing coach at Kent School. Andrew Schneider holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from The George Washington University School of Business, a Master’s degree in English from Middlebury College, and a Bachelor’s degree in English and Psychology from Rutgers University.
