Betty Matias Hsu

Betty Matias Hsu is a seasoned professional in admissions and financial aid, currently serving as the Senior Associate Director of Admission and Financial Aid at The Masters School since September 2021. Previously, Betty held multiple roles at Columbia University in the City of New York, including Associate Director and Assistant Director of Graduate Student Services from October 2015 to September 2021. Betty's career began at Kari-Out Co. as an Account Executive and included a position as an English Language Instructor at Top English. Betty earned a Bachelor's degree in East Asian Languages and Economics from Connecticut College and completed language programs at Tsinghua University and Beijing Language and Culture University, focusing on Chinese Language and Literature.
