Joseph Howard

Joseph Howard has a diverse work experience starting in 1999 as a Sales/Telemarketing Manager at TruGreen ChemLawn. Joseph was responsible for hiring, training, and supervising telemarketers and salespeople, as well as developing sales and telemarketing scripts. In 2000, they joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Manager/ASM, where they successfully landed large corporate accounts, negotiated corporate rates, and increased store sales.

In 2003, Joseph joined Verizon and held various roles over the years. As a General Manager, they were responsible for overseeing operations. As a Data Sales Consultant, they focused on selling data services. Joseph then advanced to the role of Manager Solutions Architect / Data Sales Manager, where they consulted with teams and businesses to design complex solutions and support their competitiveness. Finally, as a Senior Manager Solutions Architects, Joseph ensured that their teams stayed up-to-date with technology trends and maintained relationships with solution partners.

Most recently, in 2023, Joseph became the Chief Product Officer at Masters Telecom LLC.

Joseph Howard attended Bellevue University from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Marketing Management with a specialization in PRSM (Professional Retail Sales Management). Previously, from 1998 to 2000, they attended Savannah Technical College, but no specific degree or field of study is provided for that period. Joseph also holds a certification in PRSM from Bellevue University.
