Dr. Keith C. D'Souza

Dr. Keith C. D'Souza is a prominent academic and practitioner in the fields of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources, currently serving as a Visiting Professor at both Masters' Union and XLRI Delhi-NCR, as well as an Honorary Visiting Professor and Professor of Organizational Behavior at SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research. With extensive experience, Dr. D'Souza has held leadership roles such as Director at Keith D'Souza & Associates, Vice-President of Organization Development at Wockhardt Limited, and Director of Organization Effectiveness at Pfizer Limited, along with previous positions in managing and consulting roles.
