Rajat Mathur

Rajat Mathur is a qualified professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Studies at Shoolini University and BML Munjal University, Rajat advises on curriculum and growth strategy. As a Master Instructor at Masters' Union, Rajat teaches People Decisions for Post Graduate and Executive Education programs. With a notable career at Morgan Stanley as Managing Director and previously as Executive Director in India and Hong Kong, Rajat has led talent acquisition, development, and diversity initiatives. Prior experiences include roles at Deutsche Bank as Director of Human Resources and JP MorganChase as VP of Talent Development.
