Ashton Lawrie, SPHRi has a strong background in human resources with over 13 years of experience. Most recently, Ashton served as the General Manager - HR and Head of Department at MasterSoft since April 2022. Prior to that, Ashton worked at Ceinsys Tech Ltd (formerly ADCC Infocad Limited) as a Human Resources professional from February 2017 to April 2022. Ashton also held Human Resources roles at Ascent Business Solutions from November 2011 to February 2017 and at Spacewood Furnishers from June 2009 to July 2011.
Ashton Lawrie, SPHRi, completed an MBA in Human Resource from MET AMDC, with a focus on Human Resource, from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, Ashton attended S.F.S High School in Nagpur, from 1981 to 1991, however, no degree or field of study is specified for this period.
In addition to formal education, Ashton Lawrie has obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi) certification from HRCI in April 2023.
