Brent Porter

Brent Porter has been working in the IT industry since 1999. Brent began their career as a Digital Imaging Technician at Rastar Digital Media, followed by a role as a Photographer/Graphic Designer/Production Artist at Winning Edge, Inc. in 2002. In 2010, they became an IT Support Technician at Avertech LLC, where they were the sole tier 1 & 2 level support technician for 250 Mac users at all corporate locations. In 2012, they took on the role of Systems Administrator at Life Time Fitness, where they managed all Apple assets using the JAMF Casper Suite and JSS Server, and setup and maintained the JSS Server. Since 2017, they have been an Apple Support Engineer at Masterswitch IT, LLC.

Brent Porter's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Art/Photography from Weber State University, which they completed between 1996 and 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Wayzata High School between 1986 and 1989. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including CCA Certified Casper Administrator from JAMF Software in March 2016, CCT Certified Casper Technician from JAMF Software in October 2014, Addigy Certified Expert from Addigy in December 2020, and ACSP Apple Certified Support Professional from Apple.
