Tofique Elder

Tofique Elder currently serves as the Director of Tax and Reporting at Masterworks, overseeing Tax Compliance and Tax Strategy for both Management and Investment entities since February 2022. Previous experience includes a role as Tax Manager at PwC from October 2016 to February 2022, focusing on Compliance and Consulting within the Financial Services sector, specifically for Investment Management and Alternative Investments. Tofique also held positions as a Senior Tax Associate and Tax Experienced Associate at PwC, contributing expertise in Hedge Funds, Fund of Funds, and Private Equity. Additionally, Tofique gained leadership experience as Team Leader for NIA Community Services Network and completed a tenure with AmeriCorps as part of the NCCC. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College and an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Kingsborough Community College.
