Anthony Buatti

Anthony Buatti has a strong background in recruitment and talent development, with experience in both the education and non-profit sectors. Anthony has held various leadership positions, including Senior Director of People Operations at Mastery Schools, Senior Director of Recruitment Operations and Outreach at Mastery Schools, and Director of Recruitment Operations, Outreach, and Data at Mastery Schools. Prior to that, they worked as Recruitment and Admissions Director at Teach For Australia and Director of Recruitment at Teach For America. Anthony's experience also includes teaching third grade at Roosevelt School District #66, where they were recognized for their outstanding performance as an educator.

Anthony Buatti earned a Bachelor's degree in History from The Catholic University of America. Anthony later pursued a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Arizona State University. Additionally, they attended Yale School of Management, where they obtained a Master's degree in Public Education Management.
