Dana Martin

Dana Martin is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Assistant Principal of Post-Secondary at Mastery Schools since June 2009. In this role, Dana Martin leads strategic programming and partnerships to support students transitioning from middle school to postsecondary education. Prior to this position, Dana Martin was a College Advisor at Mastery Lenfest, overseeing the college application process and fostering a college-going culture among students. In addition, Dana Martin founded Dana Martin College, LLC, a college counseling organization aimed at increasing college awareness for Black and Brown students. Earlier roles include serving as a College Access Coordinator at the Philadelphia Education Fund and a Career Advisor/Case Manager at Congreso de Latinos Unidos, where Dana Martin successfully guided at-risk youth towards educational and career goals. Dana Martin is currently pursuing a Master of Educational Leadership at Arcadia University.
