Leigh Bartlett

Leigh joined Masthaven as CFO in October 2019 and was subsequently promoted to the role of CEO in April 2020. Leigh joins with a strong understanding and experience of the retail banking sector having held senior executive roles in both the UK and overseas for the last 15 years. His previous roles include Finance Director of the Retail Banking Division of Alliance & Leicester, CFO of RBS UK Retail Banking Division, CFO of RBS Insurance Division (now Direct Line Group plc), CFO of Westpac New Zealand Limited (a subsidiary of Westpac Banking Corporation) and more recently, CFO of Williams & Glyn.
