Malcolm Mccaig

Malcolm is an independent non-executive director who has served on the boards of OneSavings Bank, Ageas (UK), Crest Nicholson, QBE Insurance (Europe), Tradition (UK), Barbon Insurance Group, Punjab National Bank (International), CMC Markets, 4most Group, Renaissance Capital and The House of Lords. Prior to that, he was a partner at both Deloitte and Ernst & Young, and in addition has held senior executive positions at Cigna Corporation, Prudential UK and Clydesdale Bank. Malcolm has worked with a number of charities, and he is currently the Chairman of United Response. He is also on the Court of the Worshipful Company of Management Consultants.
