Adila Ballim has been with Masthead since April 2012, serving as a Compliance Officer. Prior to that, Adila worked at Hay and Scott Attorneys from 2008 to 2012 as a Conveyancer, Commercial & Estates Attorney. Adila holds a Bachelor’s Degree in LLB from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a UCT Diploma in Compliance Management. In the role of Compliance Officer at Masthead, Adila is involved in conducting compliance visits, assisting with FSP applications, profile changes, submission of FSB reports, hosting seminars, personalizing compliance documentation, and assisting with various compliance-related tasks for advisors in developing risk assessment and customer due diligence processes.
