Dr. Rufaro Nyakatawa-Mucheka, PhD, CFP®, MBA, TEP, currently serves as Board Chair at Masthead and holds non-executive director positions at The Financial Planning Institute SA and Jersey Finance. As Founder and CEO of RDK Capital, Dr. Nyakatawa-Mucheka leads strategic initiatives in financial consultancy and wealth management across Africa. Previous roles include Head of Partnerships & Strategic Projects at Nedbank, where responsibilities included overseeing wealth management strategy and driving market expansion, as well as experience at Old Mutual and other organizations in various operational and analytical capacities. With a robust educational background, including a PhD in Business Strategy in Emerging Markets from the University of Cape Town, Dr. Nyakatawa-Mucheka is a recognized leader in financial planning and strategic development within the industry.
