Mika Hayashi

Mika Hayashi is a seasoned professional in the video game industry with extensive experience in production and management. Currently serving as Business Partner and COO Worldwide Studios at Mastiff LLC since 2002, Mika leads both internal and international teams to deliver video game projects. Prior experience includes a tenure as Executive Producer at Activision, Japan, from 1991 to 2002, where responsibilities included budget management, team leadership, and problem-solving to ensure timely, high-quality game production. Mika also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Denver and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Community College of Denver.
