David Weiss

David Weiss is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in both management and development roles. Currently serving as Software Engineering Manager at Mastodon Design LLC, a CACI Company, since December 2021, David previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Harris RF Communications for over two decades, focusing on embedded and PC-based software development for communications products. As the C.E.O. of ProPickem LLC since July 2013 and a freelance software developer since 2010, David has also contributed to web and mobile app development projects. David holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology, dual Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from SUNY Geneseo, and a Systems Engineering certificate from the Florida Institute of Technology.
