Nicole Payne

Nicole Payne currently serves as the Food Safety Manager at Mastronardi Produce since July 2023. Prior to this role, Nicole held positions at AppHarvest, including Food Safety and Quality Supervisor and Production Supervisor from July 2022 to July 2023. During tenure at Kentucky Fresh Harvest, Nicole worked as Fertigation Manager from April 2020 to July 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Laboratory Manager and Laboratory Research Assistant at the University of Kentucky from September 2016 to April 2020. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Medical Biotechnology from the University of Kentucky (2016-2018) and an Associate of Science from Bluegrass Community and Technical College.
