Jerry Young

Jerry Young is a highly experienced professional in demand planning and supply chain management, currently serving as the Manager of Demand Planning and Sales Analytics at MAT Holdings, Inc. since January 2023. Previously, Jerry worked for Tate & Lyle from August 2015 to January 2023 in roles including Supply Chain Black Belt and Demand Planner. Prior experience includes positions at Medela as a Demand Planner, Walgreens as a Supply Chain Manager, and various roles at Unilever, including Senior Supply Planner and Demand Planning Best Practice and Capabilities Specialist. Jerry began the career at Scholastic Inc., progressing through multiple financial and planning roles to Senior Manager of Demand Planning and Operations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics and International Economics from Binghamton University.
