Our model of care includes family medicine, women's health services, dental care and behavioral health care. We offer early-morning and evening appointments to accommodate a variety of work schedules and daily routines. Most importantly, our services are here to help individuals who may be underinsured or uninsured. Our sliding payment scale provides a discount on health services for qualifying patients, based on family size and income.
