Çağlar Burak Gencel has a wealth of experience in various roles within the automotive, aluminum, and textile industries. He currently serves as the Director Global Supply Chain at Mata Automotive, where he oversees production, production planning, and logistics. Prior to this, he held positions such as Production Chief at FENIS ALUMINIUM and Production Planning Engineer at Mata Automotive. Graduating from Istanbul Technical University, he has a strong educational background in engineering.
