Cara Dougherty

Cara Dougherty is an experienced accountant currently employed at Matador Resources Company since January 2019. Cara has a strong background in the hospitality industry, having worked as a bartender at Wizards Sports Cafe and Hilton Garden Inn. Cara also gained valuable experience as an audit intern at Grant Thornton LLP in early 2017. In terms of education, Cara holds a Master's degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas, obtained in 2018, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same institution, completed in 2017, and an Associate's degree from Collin College.
