Kristin Welch P.e.

Kristin Welch P.E. has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Kristin began their career at Chesapeake Energy as a Field Engineer in June 2009 and worked there until August 2010. Kristin then moved on to the role of Production Engineer from August 2010 to June 2012, followed by the position of Asset Manager from June 2012 to June 2014.

In 2014, Kristin joined Samson Resources, where they initially worked as a Planning Engineer from June 2014 to March 2016. Kristin then transitioned to the role of Production Manager from March 2016 to September 2017.

Most recently, Kristin has been employed by Matador Resources Company since September 2017. Kristin started as an Area Production Manager and later assumed the role of Vice President of Production in May 2022.

Overall, Kristin has gained significant expertise and leadership experience throughout their career, holding various positions in production, planning, asset management, and engineering.

Kristin then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with an Energy Focus from the University of Oklahoma, studying from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Kristin Welch P.E. obtained a Professional Engineer certification from the State of Oklahoma in January 2015.
