Shannon Boobar

Shannon Boobar, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Engineering Analyst at Matador Resources Company, a position held since June 2019, after previously working as an Engineering Analyst. Prior to this role, Shannon gained extensive experience in education, notably as a High School Math and Computer Science Teacher, Coach, and AP Testing Coordinator at Richardson ISD from August 2014 to June 2019. Significant accomplishments include the creation of an interactive math course website, reinstitution of the Computer Science program, and the development of analytical tools to improve student outcomes. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University, a Master of Business Administration in Operations Research from The University of Texas at Dallas, and a Graduate Business Analytics Certificate from Southern Methodist University.
