Steven Naul

Steven Naul currently serves as the Vice President of Crude Oil Marketing at Matador Resources Company, a position held since June 2021, after progressing through roles such as Crude Oil Marketing Manager and Senior Crude Oil Marketing Representative. Prior to Matador, Steven Naul spent five years at Hunt Oil Company, where responsibilities included selling over $3 billion in oil, gas, and NGLs and managing crude oil marketing for major U.S. regions including Eagle Ford and Bakken. Earlier experience at Hunt Oil included roles as Senior Gas Marketing Representative and Gas Marketing Representative, focusing on natural gas scheduling and sales. Steven Naul holds an MBA in Finance and Internal Audit and a BS in Marketing, both from Louisiana State University.
