Tiffany Foltyn

Tiffany leads fundraising efforts for the Matagorda County Hospital District in her role as Executive Director of the MRMC Foundation. The Foundation is the philanthropic arm of MRMC committed to building community relationships and obtaining funding to support MRMC in delivering quality and compassionate healthcare.

As a native of Matagorda County, Tiffany takes pride in giving back to the community through her community relations and fundraising role. She also assists with hospital district marketing and other outreach efforts.

Tiffany attended Sam Houston State University where she studied social work and has worn many hats within the district over the last 20+ years. She began her career at MRMC as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, and then served as the Patient Advocate and Community Relations Manager before moving full-time to the Foundation Executive Director position in 2014.
