Fui Kian is an experienced professional with a strong background in real estate and asset management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Real Estate & Developer Relations at PT Matahari Department Store Tbk since July 2022, Fui Kian has previously held senior roles at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia as the Assets Management Senior General Manager, where responsibilities included building relationships with land and property owners and negotiating lease terms. Fui Kian also served as Vice President of Franchise & Residential at Coldwell Banker Indonesia, directing operations to enhance market share and service quality. Earlier experience includes general management at Professionals Indonesia and sales management at PT Super Dry Indonesia. Fui Kian holds a degree from Universitas Tarumanagara, obtained in 1997.
