Sarah Welsh

Sarah Welsh is a seasoned executive with a diverse background in retail and brand management. Currently serving as the Chief Product, Brand & Commercial Officer at Matalan since March 2025, Sarah has previously held significant leadership roles, including as CEO Retail at N Brown Group from March 2020 to February 2025, and as Managing Director at Oasis Fashion from January 2014 to February 2020. Earlier career experiences include serving as Brand Director and Product Director at Oasis Fashion, as well as a Buyer at Miss Selfridge and River Island. Sarah holds a BA Hons in Art History from UCL, which was completed in January 1994.
