David Joseph

David Joseph is currently an Engineering Manager II - Backend at Match Group. Prior to this, they were a Principal at Emjay Strategies from 2018 to 2021, where they worked with political candidates and organizations of every size to optimize data and infrastructure, or build them from the ground up. David has also worked as a Chief Data Officer at Everytown for Gun Safety from 2015 to 2018, where they were responsible for developing hiring protocols, tests, and interview questions to help clients hire talented data and technology staff from a diverse pool of candidates.
