Lina Alcala

Lina Alcala is Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Tinder and leads talent strategies while fostering corporate culture for the world's most popular app for meeting new people.

Passionate about organizational effectiveness, she's worked to align people strategies with business outcomes to help build high performance organizations. She joined Tinder in 2017, prior to which she spearheaded organizational development strategies at Hulu and BlackLine Systems.

Lina holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and an M.A. in Organizational Development from Alliant University.
