Marek Paczkowski serves as the Chief Sales Officer and VP of Business Development & Sales at Match-Maker Ventures since September 2016, overseeing portfolio sales management and driving comprehensive tech solutions from lead identification to contract signature and customer success. Previous experience includes roles such as Director of Business Development and Senior Engagement Manager at OMV, along with various internships across multiple financial and management firms, including Raiffeisen Polbank and Caixa Bank. Marek holds a Master's degree in International Management from CEMS and a Master's degree in Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics, along with ongoing educational contributions to the Norwegian School of Economics.
