Matthew Marrocchio has extensive experience in operations management within the retail and mobile service sectors. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at WOW! mobile boutique since August 2014, Matthew has held multiple roles including Manager of Operations, District Support Manager, Project Manager, and Sales Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Retail Sales Associate at GLENTEL Inc. from September 2011 to May 2013, where responsibilities included customer service, addressing customer objections, and managing opening and closing procedures. Matthew completed the Sales Manager Excellence Program in Business Management at the Friedman Group in 2015 and studied at St. Clair College from 2012 to 2014.
