Michael Karczewski

Michał Karczewski has held various roles in the financial industry since 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at X-Trade Brokers DM S.A. as a Trader and Junior Trader. Michał then moved to HFT Brokers Dom Maklerski SA, where they held the roles of Head of Dealing Department, Deputy Head of Dealing Department, and Senior Currency Dealer from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Match-Trade Technologies as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. In 2018, they co-founded Match-Prime Liquidity.

Michał Karczewski completed a Master's degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics between 2011 and 2013. Michał had previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Finance from the Poznan University of Economics and Business between 2008 and 2011. In December 2015, they also obtained certification from the Professional Risk Managers' International Association (PRMIA) as a PRM.
