Sandra Matuszak

Sandra Matuszak began their career in 2016 as a Stażysta at Grupa Progres. In 2017 they moved to Integra Consulting Poland where they worked as an Asystent Działu Rekrutacji. In 2018, they joined Grupa P. B.A. Doradztwo Personalne | Outsourcing as a Specjalista ds. Rekrutacji. In 2019, they returned to Grupa Progres as a Specjalista ds. Rekrutacji Stałych. In 2021, they joined SIMA Consulting as a Specjalista ds. Rekrutacji and then a Starszy Specjalista ds. Rekrutacji. Finally, in 2022, they joined Match-Trade Technologies as an IT Recruiter, managing recruitment processes and actively sourcing new Talent for the organization, collaborating with external providers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Sandra also works with organizations to prepare industry events, job fairs, and conferences.

Sandra Matuszak attended Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu from 2012 to 2017, receiving a Licencjat (Lic.) in Pedagogika with a specialization in Doradztwo Zawodowe i Personalne in 2015, and a Magister (Mgr) in Dziennikarstwo i Komunikacja Społeczna with a specialization in Zarządzanie Komunikacją w Biznesie in 2017.
